The George Inn, ThoralbyFront view of The George

The George Inn is set in the heart of the Dales, tucked away in Bishopdale – truly a hidden oasis.

Owned and run by Charles and Becci Martin, this traditional dales inn offers you a warm and friendly welcome.

A stone-built inn, the pub is characterful and with a cosy, welcoming atmosphere inside.

The decor is traditional in its styling, with wooden stools, chairs and tables and a solid fuel stove to keep things toasty warm in winter, while the walls are decorated with a miscellaneous collection of old prints.
